However, some of the things she says sounds like she has heard them from other people in her Church and she has not read them directly from the Bible. I have looked some things up and just cannot find them. For example, she believes that medication is evil and that going to the doctor is wrong because it is man-made. She believes that everything of “Man” is evil and not of God. However, I believe that God made us and that our body is His temple and we are to use it to glorify Him. And I believe that God gave man knowledge and knowledge is power; that He gave man the intelligence to cure illnesses. She also believes that if you say something negative it will happen. For example, if I say that I have a cold…. a legit cold where I’m coughing, have a sore throat, and a runny nose… she quickly rebuttals and says “Chloe, I will not let you speak that death into your life and I rebuke it.” and she says “The only reason you have a cold is because you spoke it into your life.” Where is her Biblical foundation for this? I seriously want to know if there is something I have not seen or is it just a belief of Church of God and “speaking death into situations”? If so can you direct me to some verses?
